A little clarity for your next step.
JustAppeal is a drafting and case-management aid. You decide what to include and when to send it.
Before you start
Have the decision or correspondence to hand. Check who sent it, the date, the reference and any stated deadline. Choose the closest case type; questions will change to suit it.
Check every fact
Your answers become case facts. Details extracted from documents are suggestions until you confirm them. Correct anything inaccurate, and leave uncertain details unknown.
Review your draft
Read the complete letter. Replace square-bracket placeholders, check dates and amounts, and remove anything you cannot support. You can edit the letter yourself or request a revision.
Save and return
Use Save case before leaving. Your facts, conversation, evidence references and current letter are saved together. Reopen the case from your dashboard to continue. Changes are not sent automatically.
Send it the right way
Verify the recipient, deadline and permitted submission route using the original decision or the organisation’s own instructions. Email, post and online forms are not interchangeable in every case. Keep a copy and proof of submission. Mark the case submitted only after you send it.
When to get specialist help
If your case has serious consequences, an urgent deadline or a formal court or tribunal process, consider independent qualified advice. The assistant cannot verify current law or guarantee eligibility, a deadline or success.
Your information
Sign in to manage your cases. New evidence uploads use private storage; extracted details require your confirmation. AI processes the information you send to the assistant. Avoid including information unrelated to your case.
